Should you wish to return a non-faulty product for an exchange, the following applies: A full refund will be given (less postage) or exchange goods sent out upon receipt of the goods. We will, however, refund the postage back to you if the need for an exchange is as a result of a mistake made by us (e.g. we sent out the incorrect size).You must take reasonable care of the goods whilst they are in your possession. We would consider that reasonable care has not been taken of the goods, for instance, if you have used them to an extent beyond what would be reasonable if examining them in a shop before purchase.

The shipping of your parcel is online traceable. After your order is shipped out, a confirmation email with the online tracking number and link will be sent to you. The tracking number will be valid for your check within 48 hours after you receive the email.We sincerely suggest you add us to your email list so that you can get confirmation about your order from us. And remember to check your SPAM/JUNK folder if you do not receive a reply in 3 days.

Cancellation of an order before the order has been dispatched, will incur cancellation fee, We process all orders as quickly as possible, so we are not always able to cancel an order after it is placed. Cancellation requests after the order has been dispatched will be treated in accordance with our Return policy.

If you are not completely satisfied or if there is a difference with your order , please retain all documentation and packaging and contact us immediately by sending an e- mail or in online. We will then provide you with further instructions. We only allow a complete refund for items that have problems caused by us. If the returning package does not include all the accessories and parts it was shipped with, the cost of the accessories and parts will be deducted from the total product price and can only warrant a partial refund.
